1. Services

Mentivaro offers live and recorded courses in mind development and self-growth. Enrollment grants you access to instructional sessions and related support materials. Sessions may be delivered online or at locations specified on the site.

2. Digital Products

Our digital products include e-guides, video recordings, and downloadable resources. Access is provided via secure links. Content is licensed for personal use and may not be shared or redistributed.

3. Physical Goods

Mentivaro offers physical items such as printed workbooks and merchandise. All goods are shipped to the address you specify at checkout. Shipping timelines depend on your location.

4. Refund Policy

We strive for quality in all offerings. Refunds are processed according to the type of item or service purchased.

4.1 Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled live session, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations submitted between 48 hours and 24 hours prior qualify for a site credit toward future offerings. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are not eligible for a refund or credit. You may reschedule a session without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

4.2 Digital Products

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. If you encounter technical issues accessing a product, please contact us for assistance.

4.3 Physical Goods

If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must notify Mentivaro within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a claim, ship back the item using a trackable service and include proof of defect. Once received and inspected, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 14 days. If you are dissatisfied for other reasons, you may request a refund within 14 days of receipt; shipping costs are not refunded and you are responsible for shipping the item back.
